Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. A 48 hour advanced notice is REQUIRED when cancelling an appointment. If unable to give at least a 24 hours notice, a 50% service charge will be instilled immediately unless otherwise noted.
For new clients, there will be a mandatory deposit on any service chosen unless instructed otherwise.
A NO-SHOW will be charged the full amount of their service. This is for anyone who forgot or anyone who chooses to forgo their appointment.
Late arrivals need to understand that their services will be shortened or rescheduled all together. You will still be responsible to pay for the “full service.”
Out of respect and consideration of your Aesthetician and other clients, PLEASE plan accordingly and be respectful of time.
